Despite our best efforts, child abuse continues to occur in Lake & Sumter Counties. Over 850 child victims accessed the services at our center during the past year.

The best way to prevent further child abuse is by knowing the signs of child abuse and what programs are available through your CAC. You can also help by sharing this information with others and raising awareness in your community about child abuse.
